Meet MYRA, the AI Salon and Spa Assistant who extends your welcome beyond the treatment room. MYRA can introduce your services, explain approved prices and visit information, help clients understand their options, and guide them toward your booking process while your professionals give their full attention to appointments.

Teach MYRA the experience you want every client to remember

MYRA becomes more valuable as her memory grows. Give her your service menu, preparation and aftercare information, pricing, booking guidance, brand personality, frequently asked questions, and the differences between your treatments. The more clearly she understands your business, the more gracefully she can help clients choose their next step.

You decide her tone, knowledge, responsibilities, and when a stylist, therapist, technician, or receptionist should continue personally. MYRA reflects the standards and atmosphere you create.

Grow appointments while protecting your team’s attention

A client’s interest should not be lost because your hands are busy providing a service. MYRA helps answer early questions, reduces uncertainty, and keeps the path toward booking clear. She supports growth while allowing your team to remain fully present with the clients already trusting you with their time and care.

A new client may be ready to book a salon or spa visit but unsure which service to select. The names on a menu may be unfamiliar, two treatments may sound similar, or the person may want to understand whether a consultation comes first. Forge Lumina AI Salon & Spa Assistant helps clients explore the information your business approves, giving them a welcoming starting point before the personal conversation with your team.

Appointments naturally limit the time professionals can spend answering routine questions. A stylist, therapist, or nail technician cannot interrupt every service to explain prices, arrival instructions, or the booking process. An assistant can make that information easier to find while your people attend to clients. Its purpose is to prepare the first interaction so customers approach your team with a better understanding of your offering and the next step.

A potential client may want to understand a treatment name, compare service options, check your location, or learn how appointments work. This assistant helps explain the details supplied by your business and guides the visitor to the appropriate inquiry or booking route. It supports the early conversation so your team can focus on individual consultations and the service experience. Hair salons, nail studios, beauty businesses, day spas, and appointment-based personal-care providers.

Turn the service menu into a clearer client conversation

The agreed configuration can support the following tasks: describe your approved service menu, published durations, and listed prices where supplied; explain opening hours, location, parking, and the business’s booking process; answer routine questions about published cancellation and arrival policies; guide clients to an existing booking link or collect a request for your team; explain approved consultation requirements and refer suitability questions to staff.

A salon or spa menu may use names that regular clients know well but newcomers find confusing. A visitor may want to understand what distinguishes two services, whether a consultation is the normal first step, or how the business describes an appointment. Your assistant can use the explanations approved by your team to make the menu easier to explore. It should not infer a client’s treatment needs from a brief conversation. The purpose is to help the person understand your listed services and find the right route to a booking or consultation with the professional who can advise them individually.

Clients may want to know where to park, when to arrive, or how the salon handles cancellation requests. These are suitable topics when your business has provided current, clear instructions. Published service durations can be explained as your stated guidance, while the team retains control over the time needed for an individual appointment. Likewise, a starting price should not become a guaranteed total. If your services are priced according to length, complexity, or consultation findings, the assistant should explain the approved wording and help the client understand which details will be confirmed by staff.

What this could look like in your business

A new client asks about the difference between two hair services and whether a consultation is needed. The assistant explains the descriptions and consultation policy provided by the salon, then points the client toward the relevant booking or inquiry route. Your staff confirm what is appropriate for that individual before committing to a service.

Picture a new client comparing a maintenance hair service with a larger change in style. They want to understand the published descriptions, typical durations, and whether the salon asks for a consultation. The assistant can explain the information supplied by the business and direct them to the appropriate booking or inquiry route. The professional then assesses the client’s individual needs and confirms the service. A similar approach can help a spa visitor understand the listed experience without promising that a treatment is suitable for them personally. The initial conversation supports an informed visit while leaving professional assessment where it belongs.

For a salon or spa, a useful inquiry can mean a client who understands the booking route, knows whether a consultation is required, and has realistic expectations about the information still to be confirmed. Review whether the assistant reduces confusion about your service menu and whether staff receive more focused questions. The value is in smoother communication around the appointment experience, alongside the personal service and expertise that customers come to you for.

Make the first visit easier to plan

The inquiry flow can focus on the information your team normally needs at the beginning: the service of interest, whether a consultation is being requested, and the preferred contact route. If a client asks for a particular date or team member, that preference can guide the next step where it is part of the agreed configuration. It does not establish availability. Your booking system or staff must confirm the appointment through the process actually in use. This allows the assistant to help organize a request without creating competing expectations about schedules, deposits, or which professional will provide the service.

Clients choose salons and spas partly because of the people and experience behind the service. The assistant should support that relationship by making information accessible and making it easy to reach your team. Your approved tone can be welcoming and professional, while the answers remain specific to the business. Review examples involving service comparisons, consultation questions, and requests that require a professional response. Keep seasonal menus and policy changes current. The desired experience is an informed first conversation that frees the client to ask better questions and lets your staff provide the personal attention that the service itself requires.

The assistant can help clients feel better informed before contacting you and reduce interruptions caused by basic questions. It is useful when appointments keep the team away from the phone or when prospective clients browse in the evening. The intended benefit is an easier first interaction, while your professionals retain control over consultations, treatment decisions, and special arrangements.

Implementation and integration around your business

Supply service descriptions, published prices and durations, consultation requirements, booking links, arrival guidance, and cancellation policies. Include the way your team normally explains similar services. Designate the questions that need a professional consultation rather than an informational answer.

Implementation and integration take between 3 days and 1 week, depending on the complexity of your solution. This timeframe begins once we have the information, access, and approvals needed to carry out the agreed work.

During implementation, we organize the approved information and agree how the assistant should handle the relevant customer questions. We review representative examples with your business, including requests that need staff attention. If a connected workflow is part of the agreed service, its required access, permitted actions, and completion messages need to be checked before customers use it. This gives your team a practical opportunity to confirm that the experience reflects the way you operate.

Clear scope and a practical route to your team

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment unless an agreed scheduling connection completes it. Live staff availability, deposits, gift-card transactions, and changes to bookings require confirmed functionality. The assistant does not diagnose skin or scalp conditions or guarantee treatment suitability. Questions involving allergies, contraindications, pregnancy, or individual treatment risks should be directed to an appropriately qualified professional.

The configuration is tailored to the business information and workflows agreed for your service. Before activation, the written scope should identify the selected channel, supported functions, included call minutes if voice call answering is part of the agreed service, support arrangements, and any required connections. Telephone answering and other channels are not automatically included. Information-based assistance does not itself provide access to live calendars, private records, or transaction systems.

Your business supplies and approves the information used to represent it. Questions outside that information need a clear route to your staff. AI responses can be mistaken, so review representative conversations and keep the underlying business information current.
