Plugin Support & AI Subscription Cancellations

We want you to understand your purchase and know where to turn for help. Forge Lumina provides digital WordPress plugins and monthly AI business services. Plugin support and AI subscription cancellation are explained separately below.

WordPress plugins: support for technical issues

WordPress plugin purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with a Forge Lumina plugin, our support team will review it and work to correct a confirmed issue in the plugin.

This policy applies to both regular-price and sale-price plugin purchases. Our approach to a confirmed plugin issue is to investigate it and work on a correction.

Please email support@forgelumina.com with your order number, the plugin name and version, and a clear description of what happens. Include any error message, relevant screenshots, and the steps that lead to the issue. Details about your WordPress version, theme, and other plugins can help us investigate. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details by email.

Our team may ask for additional information to reproduce the issue and determine its cause. Once an issue in our plugin is confirmed, we will work on a fix and explain the next steps. The time required depends on the issue and the information available; we do not promise a fixed resolution time.

AI subscriptions: cancel anytime

AI subscription payments, including the unused part of a paid billing period, are not refunded for ordinary cancellation. The Setup Delay Policy and rights required by law are exceptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop its next renewal.

Your service will remain active until the end of the monthly billing period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription will end and you will not be billed for the next month.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Ordinary cancellation does not refund the current paid month, subject to the Setup Delay Policy and rights required by law. You can continue using the agreed service for the remainder of that billing period.

How to cancel your AI subscription

Email support@forgelumina.com before your next renewal with your order number and the email address used for the subscription. Tell us which AI subscription you want to cancel. Your cancellation request applies to the upcoming renewal; your paid service remains available through the end of the current billing period.

Changing your AI solution

If your business needs change, email support@forgelumina.com to discuss the available options. We will explain the proposed service, price, and timing before you agree to a change.

Setup Delay Policy

The first payment is charged at checkout and includes standard integration in the first paid month. Setup starts after we receive the required information, access and approvals. Standard setup is estimated at 3-5 business days and complex setup at 10-15 business days. We confirm any agreed launch deadline in writing.

If Forge Lumina cannot deliver the agreed setup by that deadline, you can choose a refund of the subscription payment for the undelivered service or agree with us in writing to a new deadline. If you choose a new deadline, you choose to continue rather than take a refund at that time. If we miss the new deadline, you have the same choice again.

If your information, access or approvals are late, or you request a change in scope, we agree a revised deadline in writing. We do not change your agreed deadline without telling you. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
