Meet YUKI, the AI shopping specialist who helps customers buy with confidence. YUKI can explain your products, compare approved features, answer questions about shipping and store policies, and guide shoppers toward the choice that best fits what they are seeking.
Teach YUKI everything that makes your products worth choosing
YUKI’s success depends greatly on the knowledge you give her. Build her memory with product details, comparisons, customer questions, use cases, policies, brand language, and the reasons buyers choose your store. The more complete and accurate that knowledge becomes, the more useful she can be at the moment a shopper is deciding.
You determine how YUKI speaks, what she recommends from your approved catalog information, which questions she asks, and when your team should enter the conversation. She learns your store—not a generic marketplace.
Keep uncertainty from becoming an abandoned purchase
Many sales disappear because a shopper cannot find one important answer. YUKI helps your store remain attentive at every hour, makes complex products easier to understand, and guides interested visitors toward their next step. Your team gains more time for merchandising, fulfillment, and growth while customers receive the informed attention that builds trust.
A shopper can like a product and still hesitate over one unanswered question. They may need a measurement, want to compare materials, or be unsure how the store’s delivery policy applies. When the information is difficult to locate, their attention shifts from choosing the product to searching for reassurance. Forge Lumina AI Online Store helps visitors explore approved product and policy information while they browse, giving those questions a clearer place in the shopping experience.
The assistant is particularly relevant when your products need explanation. Detailed specifications, several similar models, or repeat questions about ordering can create work for both customers and staff. Using the information supplied by your store, the assistant can clarify stated differences and direct shoppers to the relevant page. Your team handles the situations that need an individual assessment, while the website becomes easier to navigate through questions.
A shopper may hesitate because an important detail is difficult to find. They might need a product dimension, an explanation of a feature, or the store’s published return process. This assistant uses approved product and policy information to help answer those questions conversationally. Its purpose is to support the shopping experience and make relevant information easier to locate. Online retailers and product businesses that receive repeated questions about product details, shipping policies, returns, and how to contact support.

Answers visitors’ written questions on your website.
Explain product differences and practical purchase information
The agreed configuration can support the following tasks: explain product features, dimensions, materials, and other supplied product details; help shoppers compare stated differences between products covered by the knowledge base; answer questions about published shipping, return, and warranty policies; guide visitors to relevant product pages and the store’s existing checkout or support routes; collect agreed inquiry details when a shopper needs help from your team.
A shopper may understand the overall appeal of a product but still need one specific detail before proceeding. They may ask about size, material, included components, or the differences between two listed models. Your assistant can draw on the product information approved for its knowledge base to explain those details and point to the appropriate product page. If a specification is missing or ambiguous, it should direct the question to your team. The objective is to help shoppers evaluate what is actually listed, rather than inventing features or making a recommendation that depends on information the business has not supplied.
Shipping and return policies are often written as a long page, while customers ask a narrow question. The assistant can help explain the relevant published wording and direct the visitor to the full policy for the conditions that apply. For example, a shopper may want to understand the general return process before buying. That is different from deciding whether a particular return will be accepted. The latter may depend on the order, product condition, timing, and staff review. The assistant should preserve those distinctions so that a helpful explanation does not become an unauthorized exception or promise.
What this could look like in your business
A shopper is comparing two products and asks which one will fit a particular space. The assistant can explain the dimensions supplied for each product and direct the shopper to the relevant specifications. If compatibility depends on details not available in the knowledge base, it refers the question to your team instead of inventing an assurance.
Imagine a shopper comparing two pieces of equipment for a limited space. They want to understand dimensions, stated features, and the store’s delivery arrangements before choosing. The assistant explains the specifications available for each model and directs them to the relevant product information. If the customer asks whether the equipment will work with a particular installation that is not covered by those specifications, the question moves to your team. This keeps the comparison grounded in what the store actually knows. The shopper reaches the next conversation with a clearer understanding of the products and the remaining question, instead of an invented compatibility assurance.
Consider the service in terms of purchase understanding and support quality. Are visitors finding the specifications they ask about? Are the differences between products being explained accurately? Does your team receive a clear question when the available information is not enough? These are useful measures of whether the assistant is improving the browsing experience. It supports a customer’s decision; it does not make every conversation a sale or eliminate the need for your product expertise.
Support shoppers before and after their first inquiry
Not every visitor is making a new purchase. Some need help after an order, want product instructions, or are trying to contact support. Your assistant can explain the support information you provide and guide the customer toward the established process. If the agreed scope includes inquiry capture, the questions should collect only the details needed for the next step. Private order information cannot be inferred from a customer’s message or retrieved from an ordinary product knowledge base. Live order inquiries require a supported connection and the appropriate process for confirming access to the information involved.
Online stores change: product descriptions are revised, models are discontinued, and policies or delivery arrangements may be updated. The assistant’s approved information needs to reflect those changes. Your team should decide which product sources are authoritative and who reviews new or changed material. A practical review can include a product comparison, a question with a missing specification, and a request that belongs with support. This helps establish whether the assistant explains information clearly without implying live inventory or transaction access. The product supports the store’s customer experience while the store remains responsible for its catalog, checkout, fulfillment, and policies.
Useful product information can help shoppers make a more informed decision and give your team a clearer picture of the questions that need personal attention. The assistant is particularly useful for stores with detailed products or repeat policy questions. It does not guarantee conversions, eliminate returns, or replace your responsibility to keep product information accurate.
Implementation and integration around your business
Prepare product descriptions, specifications, model names, current policy wording, and the product links customers should use. Identify which questions require a specialist response. Decide how your business will update the assistant’s approved information when a product is revised, replaced, or removed from the collection.
Implementation and integration take between 3 days and 1 week, depending on the complexity of your solution. This timeframe begins once we have the information, access, and approvals needed to carry out the agreed work.
During implementation, we organize the approved information and agree how the assistant should handle the relevant customer questions. We review representative examples with your business, including requests that need staff attention. If a connected workflow is part of the agreed service, its required access, permitted actions, and completion messages need to be checked before customers use it. This gives your team a practical opportunity to confirm that the experience reflects the way you operate.
Clear scope and a practical route to your team
This product supports an existing online store; it is not an automatic store-building service. Live stock levels, individual order tracking, account access, order changes, refunds, and payment handling require specific supported connections. Without those connections, the assistant provides approved information and directs requests to your store’s established process. Delivery dates and product suitability must not be guaranteed beyond verified information.
The configuration is tailored to the business information and workflows agreed for your service. Before activation, the written scope should identify the selected channel, supported functions, included call minutes if voice call answering is part of the agreed service, support arrangements, and any required connections. Telephone answering and other channels are not automatically included. Information-based assistance does not itself provide access to live calendars, private records, or transaction systems.
Your business supplies and approves the information used to represent it. Questions outside that information need a clear route to your staff. AI responses can be mistaken, so review representative conversations and keep the underlying business information current.
