Orders and accounts If you purchase a product or create an account, we collect information needed to complete and support your order, such as your name, email address, billing details, and order history. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Emails and support If you contact us (including at support@forgelumina.com or info@forgelumina.com), we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and help you.

Comments When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies so you do not have to fill them in again. These cookies last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
