Meet Romina.

She receives the person before your team receives the work.

A visitor may know the problem but not the name of the service. They may wonder whether you serve their area, what something costs, or whom they should contact. If the first answer is late or confusing, a promising customer can disappear before your business knows they were there. Romina gives that person a knowledgeable place to begin.

She does not pretend to be the owner, and she does not invent what your company can do.

She explains the business you approved, understands the beginning of the request, and guides each person toward the right next step.

How easy this becomes once you start

  1. You give Romina your services, published prices, hours, locations, service areas, policies, and common customer questions.
  2. You decide what she may explain, which details she should collect, and what must go directly to a person.
  3. We organize that knowledge around the language your customers actually use.
  4. We test ordinary questions, unclear requests, and situations outside her scope with you.
  5. Visitors receive a useful answer, a clear next step, or an honest handoff to your team.

Implementation is usually 3 days to 1 week after we have the information and approvals needed for the agreed setup. You remain in control of what Romina knows, says, collects, and sends to your staff.

What she does for your business

  • Welcomes website visitors and answers routine questions from your approved business information
  • Explains services, published prices, hours, locations, service areas, processes, and policies in clear language
  • Helps people recognize which service or department best matches what they need
  • Collects the useful beginning of an inquiry: name, contact details, service interest, location, timing, and a short description
  • Guides visitors to the correct page, contact route, consultation, quote request, or other next step you approve
  • Creates a clear summary for the owner or staff so follow-up begins with context instead of repeated basic questions
  • Sends exceptions, sensitive questions, and anything outside her approved knowledge to a real person

Romina keeps the first conversation from becoming lost time for the customer or repeated work for your team.

A clearer beginning creates a better opportunity.

A real moment

A visitor arrives in the evening and asks, “Can you help my business?” Romina does not force the person through a long form or guess what they mean. She asks a small number of useful questions, explains the relevant services in everyday language, confirms the service area, and collects the contact details your team needs. In the morning, the owner receives a concise inquiry summary and can begin with the customer’s actual need rather than “How can we help?”

You decide how she grows

New service, changed price, different hours, expanded service area, revised policy—you approve the information, and Romina’s business knowledge is updated. You decide the tone, the questions she asks, the information she may collect, and the exact point at which a person takes over.

She is shaped around your company. She does not arrive with somebody else’s version of your business.

Who she is for

Romina is designed for local service companies, consultants, agencies, law firms, accounting and bookkeeping offices, insurance and real-estate offices, contractors, repair businesses, home-service providers, and growing teams that answer the same introductory questions throughout the day.

She is especially useful when the owner is also the salesperson, when staff are interrupted by routine inquiries, or when potential customers research the business outside normal office hours.

What she is—and what she is not

Romina is a customer-facing business information and inquiry assistant on the channel we agree; website chat is the usual starting point. She answers from the knowledge your business supplies and approves. She can explain, guide, collect, summarize, and hand off.

She is not an unrestricted personal assistant and does not automatically enter private business systems, open customer records, change appointments, create invoices, accept payments, issue refunds, approve discounts, promise availability, or complete back-office actions. Those responsibilities belong to Fargo or to a specifically agreed and tested connection. Telephone answering and other communication channels are included only when they are part of the written service scope.

Romina does not replace professional judgment, guarantee a sale, or invent an answer when the approved information is not enough. Questions requiring judgment, exceptions, private information, or an individual decision go to your team. This boundary makes her more trustworthy—not less capable.

Getting her ready

Bring the pages, service descriptions, prices, policies, hours, locations, and service-area information customers should receive. Add examples of the questions people ask in their own words, including confusing or incomplete requests. Tell us what details make an inquiry useful and who should receive it.

We organize the approved information, agree on Romina’s responsibilities and handoff rules, and review representative conversations with you before customers meet her. Your team should continue to keep her business knowledge current as the company changes.
