Refund and Returns Policy

Forge Lumina sells digital products (WordPress plugins and similar software). Because these products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds work as follows:

Digital products You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date if the product has a defect or does not work as described.

To request a refund, email support@forgelumina.com within those 30 days and include:

• Your order number or purchase email
• A clear description of the problem

We will review the request and, where appropriate, offer a fix, replacement access, or a refund.

Before you buy Please read the product description and requirements carefully. We recommend testing plugins on a staging site when possible.
